The condo is on the top two floors of the building, with one private balcony.

Living Room

Elegant vaulted ceilings and a sliding glass door lighten the room, with a gas fireplace to keep things warm. Private balcony has entrances from the living room as well as the downstairs bedroom/office. Paint and carpet are both neutral colors.

Kitchen & Dining Room

The kitchen includes, fridge, gas stove/oven, disposal and dishwasher. The door leads to the furnace which was replaced only a year ago.
